Suzann Heinemann is the founder and managing director of Hotel Consulting Green Solutions, initially still under the name "Gronowsky & Co. Hotel Consulting". The trained industrial clerk was already co-owner of a large conference hotel in her younger years and already here her focus was on marketing, sales and press relations. In 1999 she founded Hotel Consulting and two years later "GreenLine Hotels" as a marketing cooperation for small, medium-sized hotels, which she further developed into a sustainable booking platform in 2020. Early on, Suzann Heinemann recognized the great potential of sustainability for tourism, and so in 2015 she founded InfraCert - Institute for Sustainable Development in the Hotel Industry, which awards the GreenSign sustainability seal, among other things. Since 2016, she is also co-owner of the Schlosshotel Blankenburg in the Harz Mountains with 67 rooms.
Suzann Heinemann's decades of experience in the hotel industry and access to her large network in the industry are gladly made available to the clients of Hotel Consulting. Her personal "mission" is to make sustainability "presentable" in the European hotel industry.
Frank M. Heinemann's focus is on the commercial area, controlling/reporting and strategy. He was CFO of a corporate finance consulting and investment company in Munich, after holding various management positions in a major German bank, mainly in corporate banking.
At the beginning of 2003, Frank M. Heinemann joined the consulting business as managing director and is the owner and managing director of a historic hotel in the Harz Mountains as well as a partner in GreenSign Institut GmbH
Nizama Mehmeti has been a loyal, experienced and valuable member of the consulting team since 2008. The trained office administrator with a degree in economics ensures the smooth organizational and administrative functioning of the Consulting office.
She supports the managing directors in all organizational matters, customer service, preparation of analyses, reports, protocols, presentations and statistics as well as invoicing.
Anne Schiefer looks back on many years of experience in the hotel and catering industry and has been part of the Hotel Consulting Green Solutions team since 2011.
The former restaurant master and reservation manager has gained extensive experience in the areas of sales, online marketing, SEO, event organization, sustainability certification as well as digitalization over the last decade and is the main contact person for hoteliers and partners in addition to the management.
As a trained hotel manager and with her many years of experience in the chain hotel industry in Germany and abroad, Anja Engel is very familiar with everyday hotel life.
She has been a team member of the Consulting since 2008 and has developed into an expert in the areas of sales, events, content marketing, social media marketing, blogging, e-mail marketing, press relations and marketing cooperations.
