Since 1999, we have been operating hotels of all kinds under the name "Gronowsky & Co. Hotel Consulting GmbH", and we have managed hotels of all kinds throughout Germany, from hostels to five-star hotels with 20 to 900 beds. In addition to managing hotels, we provide consulting services to tourism businesses and hoteliers. The goal of our systematic consulting approach is to identify and activate existing potential. In close cooperation with our clients, we define project goals and develop measures to achieve them. Because a good idea does not mean action, we work together with our clients, which include investors, banks and hotel owners, to put the developed concepts into practice and ensure that the defined goals are achieved quickly and comprehensively. For us, realizing the revenue potential primarily through sales and marketing activities is the prerequisite for successful hotel operations in the long term.
